sweet oblivion
WYSIWYGer Michael Barrish runs a great reading series called Oblivio at the Bowery Poetry Club. The next installment is this Sunday, October 3rd at 4 p.m. and features Ross Lipman, Tobias Seamon, as well as Michael.

Filmmaker Ross Lipman presents a slide show performance excerpt of his work-in-progress, KEEP WARM, BURN BRITAIN!—a personal memoir of the squatting movement in England in the mid 1980's, featuring an original score by legendary New York street musician THOTH.
Tobias Seamon reads from his novel, The Magician's Study (Turtle Point Press). Nominated twice for the Pushcart Prize, Seamon's work has appeared nearly everywhere one can imagine, including McSweeney's, The Mississippi Review, and The Morning News.
And Michael Barrish reads from his novel-in-progress, The Ingmar Bergman School of Nursing
