Emily Gould, along with Bennett Madison, edits Universal
Review (universalreview.com),
which was founded with the intent of eventually reviewing and assigning
a fair letter grade to everything in the universe. Emily and Bennett
live with her boyfriend Henry and their cat Raffles in Greenpoint.
While not assisting editorially, Emily writes the backs of romance
novels. She was a mermaid once but was fired for hitting her head
on the top of the tank too often.
Sadly, Universal Review is now off-line, but it was great while
it lasted.
