Michael Malice
is the subject of Harvey Pekar’s latest graphic novel, Ego &
Hubris. He is the author and founding editor of Overheard in New York
and currently runs OverheardAtCollege.com.
In Entertainment Weekly’s opinion, he possesses “a superiority complex both
repellent and compelling.” While the “slacker genius” (GQ) in him finds this
disquieting, the “sociopathic jerk” (Wired) is otherwise oddly unaffected.
